On Saturday Aug 26 around 11:45pm, Greenwich Police responded to a residence in Chickahominy on a report of a possible physical altercation.
On scene investigation revealed that the victim and offender were arguing and the offender, Marvin A Herrera-Vincente of 7 Grange Street had punched the victim in the face.
During the altercation, a minor child was present.
Mr. Herrera-Vincente was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Assault 3 and Risk of Injury to a Child. His bond was set at $1,000 which he was able to post.
He was assigned a court date on Aug 28, 2016.
