On August 26 an Old Greenwich man was taken into custody of Greenwich Police after a warrant was issued for his arrest for a charge of Sexual Assault 4 for a past on Orchard Street in Cos Cob back, which took place on July 7, 2017 at 5:00am.
The charge, Sexual Assault 4th degree, according to Lt Nemecek of Greenwich Police Dept is in this case a misdemeanor.
The man, Christian Torres, 34, of 48 Rockmere Ave in Old Greenwich was able to post his court set bond of $1,000
He was assigned a court date on Sept 4, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court.
