An application has been filed for a permit to demolish 21 Sinawoy Road in Cos Cob.
The home, built in 1893 is owned by James Carpenter and Tom Maurath of Newtown, CT.
The application was filed by AMEC Cartin, LLC.
The home sold on Nov 15 from David Portugal and Susan Reyes to Mr. Maurath for $975,000.
