A Colonial single family home at 70 Shore Road, owned by Lynda and John Elliott is slated for demolition. The house, which has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths and one half bath, was built in 1860 and sits on .3 acres. There is no record of its last sale in the Assessor’s office (quitclaim in 1976).
