Edison Martinez-duque, 34, of 49 Weaver Street in Greenwich was arrested on Halloween following an incident on Lewis Street around 4:00am.
Mr. Martinez-duque was charged with Disorderly Conduct after an incident in the parking lot during which he began a verbal argument with a victim who was made afraid for their personal safety.
Martinez-duque was released on Promise to Appear in Stamford Superior court on Nov 1, 2016.
