Ga Zhang, 29, of 31 Mead Ave in Greenwich was arrested on Oct 14 after Greenwich Police responded to a location on Mead Ave on Byram on a report of a disorderly male having an argument with the landlord.
The investigation revealed that the Mr. Zhang had pushed and shoved the landlord causing a disturbance.
Mr. Zhang was charged with Disorderly Conduct and held on $1,000 bond, which at the time of the report he was unable to post. He was placed in a cell block.
