On Monday May 7, Greenwich Police responded to Chickahominy on a report of a fight in the area of Hamilton Avenue.
Around 5:30pm police observed an adult male physically restraining a juvenile against the front of a residence.
Police say the juvenile sustained scrapes as a result of the incident.
The adult was identified as Ray Matthews, 46, of 242 Hamilton Avenue.
He was charged with Breach of Peace 2 and Unlawful Restraint 2.
Matthews was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on May 21. He was released on a Promise to Appear.
