On Tuesday Lt Slusarz confirmed a pedestrian hit and run Sunday night around 11:00pm in Cos Cob.
According to Slusarz, the pedestrian reported that he was walking north on Valleywood Road when he was struck by a silver car driving around a curve. The car continued on.
Slusarz said the pedestrian did not suffer life threatening injuries.
