David Walter Vanhoesen, 54, of 92 Brookside Drive in Greenwich was arrested by warrant on Jan 29 for an incident that took place back on Dec 7, 2017 around 5:00pm in the area of Greenwich Ave and Arch Street.
Vanhoesen was charged with Assault 3 and Breach of Peace 2.
He was assigned a court date on Feb 12, 2018 in Stamford Superior Court. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
