Greenwich Police again arrested Saima Qamar, 48, of 19 Division Street.
Ms. Qamar whose Dec 12 arrest for Refusing Fingerprinting and Failure to Appear in Court were reported last week, was arrested again on Dec 15 after police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a subject with an active arrest warrant.
Qamar, who had a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 13, was charged with Failure to Appear 2. The charges stem back to an incident that took place on Sept 16, 2015 at Town Hall. Her bond was set at $5,000 which she was unable to post.
After being arrested, around 3:15pm, Qamar again refused to comply with fingerprinting and photograph requirements and was charged for that. Bond was set for this charge at $5,000, which she was also unable to post.
She was placed in a cell block pending her assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 18.
