10 N. Sound Beach Ave. Ext. in Riverside has been posted for demolition. The applicant is North Broadway Development LLC, which is registered to Theodore Ricciardella of Valhalla, NY. The two family house was built in 1910.
The property last sold on Oct 27, 2016 for $1,400,000 from Richard Garbarini to North Broadway Development.
Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition.
