On Wednesday around noon, Greenwich Police responded to a residence on a report of a physical incident among several people.
Investigation on scene determined that the offender engaged in a physical fight with another person in the residence. Police characterized the encounter a between mutual combatants.
Police say the offender was Jessica Bilhuber, 19, of 24 East Elm Street in Greenwich, and that she destroyed multiple windows in the residence, damaged several walls and wrote offensive messages in permanent marker on several items in the home.
Based upon the facts and circumstances of the investigation, Bilhuber was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief. Her bond was set at $1,000, which she was able to post. She was assigned a court date on Sept 14, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court.
