In a notification signed by Greenwich Schools Superintendent WilliamMcKersie, notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Greenwich Board of Education, to be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., at Cos Cob School, 300 East Putnam Avenue, Cos Cob.
The purpose of the meeting is for discussion and possible action on the site for the New Lebanon School building project.
There will be an opportunity for public comment.
On Friday afternoon the Board of Selectmen voted unanimously against MI for a new New Lebanon School to be built on the William Street field citing concerns about changing “the character of the neighborhood.”
