Carmen Santos, 42, of 34 Burying Hill Rd in Greenwich was arrested and charged with Disordelry Conduct on Saturday, July 29 following an incident in back country.
Officers responded to a residence around 2:30pm on a report of a physical fight.
On scene investigation revealed that the reporting party was the offender who began a verbal argument with the victim that escalated when she pushed the victim.
Santos and the victim were both interviewed and provided similar accounts of the altercation
Santos was charged with Disorderly Conduct and assigned a court date on July 31, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court. She was released on a promise to appear.
