Two Members of Greenwich Police Honored by Mothers Against Drunk Driving

Two Greenwich Police Officers, Master Police Officer James Smith and Officer Ryan Beattie, were recently honored by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) at a reception.

The event recognized the efforts of Officers and Troopers from across the state for their exceptional DUI efforts to make streets safe through enforcement of drunk and drugged driving laws, education, community involvement, training or volunteering with MADD.

Officer Beattie was a first time recipient of this honor and Master Police Officer Smith was recognized for the fifth time.
