Greenwich Police responded to a report of a larceny from a motor vehicle on Byram Terrace Drive on April 23.
The break in was reported at 11:00am but took place in the overnight hours. According to Greenwich Police Lt. David Nemecek, the car had its window smashed and was rummaged through.
Missing from the car was a purse containing cash.
Greenwich Police remind residents to remove valuables from their car and keep vehicles locked.
