Donna Patafio, 39, of 52 Bertolf Rd in Riverside was arrested on April 13 at about 10:00am and charged with Risk of Injury to Minor, Disorderly Conduct and Assault on a Victim 60+.
Greenwich Police were in Stamford Superior Court on unrelated matters when they were advised that Ms. Patafio would be exiting a Correctional Transport bus arriving from Bridgeport Correctional Institution.
Greenwich Police had two warrants for Patafio stemming back to March 13, at 1:30am.
Patafio’s bond was set at $20,000, which she was unable to post. She was assigned a court date on April 28, 2017 and was turned over to Connecticut Judicial Marshals for same day arraignment.
