The CP-AC Swim Team won the Combined Team Championships at the Northeast Zone Championships in Ithaca, NY. The event is the premiere regional swimming event. In addition to the team Championship, there were many wins for Chelsea Piers swimmers in individual events.

“In five seasons, Chelsea Piers Swimming has gone from qualifying only five swimmers for this meet, to qualifying 30 and winning the combined team title,” said Jamie Baron, Head Coach, CP-AC Swimming.
“The hard work of our athletes, coaches and parents is responsible for this rapid rise on the regional scene. I am very proud to see such success award to this hard working group of individuals, who came together as a team to contribute so much for the program while in Ithaca.”
