Another house in central Greenwich has been noticed for demolition.
The owners, 47 Connecticut Ave LLC, Julie and Neil Henderson, of Delray Beach Florida, seek to demolish a single family home built in 1908.
Located off Milbank Avenue, near Julian Curtiss School, the house which according to the Assessor’s office has 10 rooms, 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths, is in the R6 multi-family zone.
The house sold from John F Caldwell Jr to the current owners on Jan 12 for $1,275,000
