AMEC LLC has filed an application with the Town of Greenwich Building Department to demolish the home at 45 West Brother Drive. The application was noticed in the paper of record on Jan 19, though there was no Demolition sign posted at the house.

The home was sold on Nov 15, 2016 for $2,275,000 Kathryn Paulson to Stephen Phillip.

The property, which is located in the private, gated community of Milbrook, was built in 1925. According to Zillow,  the classic expanded Tudor sits on .52 acres and has 6 bedrooms plus the master bedroom with sitting area and 4 full plus one half baths. The eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and wood floors is adjacent to a deck overlooking a wonderful flat backyard, a paneled family room and a library with huge windows, formal dining, two attached garages for four cars and a huge driveway. The partially finished walkout lower level opens to garage and also to a backyard patio.

The owner of the property is 45 West Brother Drive, LLC, P.O. Box 7454 in Greenwich.
