On Tuesday, Greenwich Planning & Zoning commissioners will entertain an application permit to demolish the dwelling at 100 Lewis Street and replace it with a two-family dwelling.
The developer, 100 Lewis, LLC want to build a new 6,985 sq ft two-family dwelling with six parking spaces, new driveway parking areas. The property is 13,101 sq ft in the R6 zone.

100 Lewis, LLC is registered to Joseph Tavolacci, 5 Hemlock Hollow in Chappaqua, NY.
The applicant proposes to remove the existing structure and replace it with a two-family dwelling with two paved driveways.
Also included will be the installation of new underground utilities, a storm water collection system and the construction of miscellaneous site improvements.
The development as proposed will increase the impervious cover of the lot from 4,236 sq ft to 5,480 sq ft, for an in increase of 1,244 sq ft. The applicant’s engineer will propose a storm water management plan on Tuesday night.
