Manuel Cisnero-Cruz, 51, of 149 West Street in Lawrence, MA was arrested on Dec. 24 around 4:00am and charged with DUI, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Driving without License.
According to Police, Mr. Cisnero-Cruz was spotted swerving on Mill Street, and nearly hitting the curb. He was pulled over by the entrance of Byram Park and asked to do field sobriety tests, which he did not perform to standard.
Mr. Cisnero-Cruz’s bond was set at $300 and he was assigned a court date of Jan 9, 2016.
