Wayne E Kellner, 47, of 28 Limerick Street in Stamford turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on Saturday, Dec 3 on an active warrant for Harassment 2nd degree for an incident that took place on August 20, 2016 on Pemberwick Road in Glenville.
Bond was set at $10,000, which Mr. Kellner was able to post. He was assigned a court date on Dec. 5, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
