All Star Welding & Demolition LLC has filed an application with the DPW Division of Buildings to demolish the stone and clapboard colonial featuring a slate roof at 48 Sound Beach Ave.

The property, located in the R7 zone, is on .43 acres and was built in 1927. The house is set back from busy Sound Beach Ave.  The owner’s name is Aristide Achybrou and Ijeoma Akunyill.

The house sold from Eric Begole and Christine Begole to Aristide Achy-Brou and Ijeoma Akunyill on March 22, 2016 for $1,325,000

According to Zillow, the home features bookcases, wide width pine plank flooring, bay window, 2 stone fireplaces, and beamed ceiling and panelled walls in the living room and library.
