On Monday afternoon Greenwich Police arrested Katherine Aurora, 45, of Old Stone Bridge Road in Greenwich.
Aurora had left the scene of the accident on Cat Rock Rd in Cos Cob without providing her driver’s license and vehicle information to the other driver.
Initially, the license plate number was given to the officer who was unable to make contact with her.
However, later in the evening the officer observed a vehicle in the garage of the woman’s residence with damage matching damage described by the reporting party.
Ms. Aurora was arrested and charged with Evading Responsibility and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
She was able to post her $100 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 9, 2018.
