The Commissioner of Public Works Any Siebert requested* that the Planning & Zoning Commission hold a special meeting, prior to the RTM meeting on the evening of Monday May 14, on the Municipal Improvement for a major redesign of streets and reconfiguration of Town land in the area in and around the Sound Beach Avenue/Laddins Rock Road/Harding Road traffic circle in Old Greenwich and the preliminary site plan to replace the Sound Beach Avenue Bridge over Cider Mill Brook, construct a new roundabout at Sound Beach Avenue/Laddins Rock Road/Harding Road, raising the elevation of Sound Beach Avenue, and roadway and safety improvements at Sound Beach Avenue and Forest Avenue.
The agenda for a special meeting was posted Thursday afternoon at 3:45 in the Town Clerk’s Office and is scheduled for MONDAY, MAY 14 in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 4:00pm
This item was left open at the May 1 meeting so that the Dept of Public Works could compile all information submitted to date and also to include a drainage analysis.
