Copperplate was used in the Declaration of Independence and is now used for weddings, logos, and White House Invitations. This elegant and graceful script is written with a pointed pen by means of a pressure and release movement.
Beginners will learn the basic letter shapes and fundamentals of spacing in this introduction to the pointed pen and oblique penholder. The classes will be held in St Clair’s shop, where each student will have the opportunity to receive one on one instruction. All levels of experience are welcome.
