On April 2 around 2:00am Greenwich Police on patrol in the area of Delavan Avenue spotted a vehicle traveling west and swerving out of its lane.
Police say the accused, Reyes Robles-Rodriguez, 55, of 721 Stillwater Rd in Stamford had glassy eyes and the odor of alcohol. He was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard. he was charged with DUI and three counts of Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
Robles-Rodriguez’ bond was set at $500, which he was able to post. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 16, 2018.
