Greenwich Police stopped a driver on Indian Field Road for a cell phone violation on March 12 around 10:15am.
The driver, Daniel Juan Cabrera, 34,of 30 Woodland Place in Stamford, was driving on a suspended license due to numerous past DWI arrests.
Cabrera was arrested on scene and processed for Distracted Driving with a Mobile Device and Driving Under Suspension.
He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 26, 2018.
He was released on a $450 bond.
