On Feb 23 around 3:40am, Greenwich Police observed a vehicle on Delavan Ave with an expired registration.
While speaking with the driver, Esdras Lima-Garcia, 36,of Crowther Ave in Bridgeport, police say he had a strong odor of alcoholic beverages.
He subsequently was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard and was charged with Failure to Renew Registration, DUI and Driving without a License.
His bond was $250 which he was unable to post. he was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on March 12, 2018.
