Greenwich Police arrested a woman around 2:00am Friday after police patrolling the area of West Putnam Ave observed a car swerving in and out of the designated lane “almost leaving the roadway” while traveling west.
Police say the driver, Ann M Oliveira, 32, of 194 Park Ave in Harrison, NY, had the odor associated with consumption of alcohol and had impaired speech.
She was unable to perform standard field sobriety tests to standard. Police charged Ms Oliveira with DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
She was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb Feb 16, 2018.
