We just fell in love with Shay at Stamford Animal Control and were sad to hear the story of how she landed in a cage on Magee Ave.
According to Animal Control Officer Tilford Cobb, a week ago someone abandoned this skinny, 6-7 month old puppy in a crate by the shelter’s dumpster.
Shay is super friendly and sweet. She impressed us as very intelligent and focused.
