Carlos Ronal Aguirre-Gregorio, 35, of 21 Locust Street in Greenwich was arrested following an incident on Locust St on Nov 24 around 10:30pm.
On Friday, numerous Greenwich Police unites were detailed to a private residence in Greenwich for a possible altercation. The investigation revealed that the offender, Mr. Aguirre-Gregorio had punched the victim in the face. His charges include Assault 3, Disorderly Conduct and one count of Risk of Injury to a Child.
He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Nov 27. His bond was set at $500,which he was unable to post at the time of the arrest.
