Omar B Rabadi, 37, of 17 Tyndall Ave in Yonkers was arrested by Greenwich Police on Nov 9 for an incident stemming back to July 12, 2017 around 1:00am in the area of River Road in Cos Cob.
On Nov 9 Greenwich Police responded to the Westchester County Correctional Facility in Valhalla to take custody of Mr. Rabadi who had an active extraditable arrest warrant for Criminal Trespass 1, Stalking 2, Harassment 2 and Threatening 1.
Rabadi was unable to post his court set bond of $25,000 and was subsequently held at Greenwich Police headquarters.
He faces additional charged including Breach of Peace 2, Harassment 2 and Threatening 2, for which bond was set at $50,000.
He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Nov. 24, 2017.
