Michael Vincent Buffone, 23, of 32 Robertson Ave in White Plains, NY was arrested by Greenwich Police on Friday, Oct 27 following an incident on Putnam Green in Byram.
On Friday, a Greenwich Police patrol car was approached by two people who said they had been assaulted by one of the victim’s ex boyfriend at a residence in Greenwich, and that he had damaged the victim’s car.
Officers observed swelling on the left eye of the other victim’s face. Officers also observed a broken windshield and broken passenger side door of the first victim’s vehicle.
Contact was made with the offender, Mr. Buffone, who then turned himself in. He was charged with Criminal Mischief 2, Breach of Peace 2 and Assault 3.
His bond was set at $1,000, which he was unable to post at the time of his arrest. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 27, 2017.
