Thursday was senior dress up day at Greenwich High School, one of the highlights of a week of fun activities in the build up toward Homecoming.
On Friday there is a dance for students. Then, on Saturday at 11:00am the day starts with the homecoming parade. Then, at 3:00pm there will be the homecoming football game against Stamford’s Westhill High School at Cardinal Stadium.
Earlier in the week, the activities kicked off with a color war with freshmen wearing blue, sophomore wearing purple, juniors wearing green and seniors wearing pink. Tuesday was pajama day. Wednesday was spirit day and students dressed in patriotic red, white and blue and enjoyed a pie eating contest in the student center during lunch.
On Friday students are set to wear the school colors or their sports team uniform and the day culminates in a 3:00pm pep rally.
