On Oct 13 at around 6:40pm, Greenwich Police responded to a walk in complaint of a male striking another person.
Investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a verbal argument with the man, which culminated with him punching and slapping her. The man, Fernando S Arellano, 34, of 145 North Water Street, was arrested and charged with Risk of Injury to a Minor, Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3.
Mr. Arellano’s bond was set at $15,000, which he was able to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 16, 2017.
