On Oct 15 around 1:00am a group of fishermen at the end of Steamboat Road, near the closed off pier, called Greenwich Police after they witnessed a car pull up and drop off a man who appeared intoxicated.
According to Captain Kraig Gray, police were dispatched to Steamboat Road where they found an intoxicated man who had wandered into a freezer at the yacht club and passed out.
The offender, Nigel G Teelan, 21, of 822 Long Ridge Road, in Stamford was arrested and charged with Criminal trespass 2nd degree.
