On Wednesday, Oct 11, Greenwich Police served an active arrest warrant on a Stamford man who turned himself in at headquarters on Bruce Place.
The warrant stemmed back to an incident on Mill Street in Byram on Aug. 13, 2017 around 3:30am involving vandalism.
The vandalism involved a windshield of a motor vehicle in the area of the Mill Street Bridge which connects Byram and Port Chester. Police say Radovic was developed as a suspect and subsequently confessed to the vandalism in a sworn statement.
The suspect, Denis Radovic, 33, of 72 Alvord Lane in Stamford, was charged with Criminal Mischief 2.
Radovic was released on a $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on October 25, 2017.
