On Oct 6 around 11:30am, Greenwich Police responded to a report of a verbal dispute between two women on West Putnam Ave in Greenwich.
On scene investigation revealed that two women had an argument in an office and it was deemed that the arrestee, Lucy Capozza, 60, of 66 Alexander Street in Greenwich, had violated an out of state order of protection.
Ms. Capozza was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Violation of a Protective Order/Threatening.
She was assigned a court date on Oct 16, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court. She was released after posting bond set at $50.
