A New York man turned himself in at Greenwich Police Dept on Monday. He was wanted for an incident on Henry Street in Byram back on May 10, 2017 around 7:30pm.
Kevin Alfredo Ramos Mendoza, 20, of 316 Lockwood Ave in New Rochelle was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Assault 3, Strangulation 2 and Unlawful Restraint 1.
His bond was set at $75,000, which he was unable to post. He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 3, 2017.
