Hamilton Estates LLC has filed an application to demolish structures at 125 Hamilton Ave, which date to 1930. The .192 acre property, in the R6 zone, is mixed use. It was last purchased by Hamilton Avenue Estates LLC on April 19, 2017 for $700,000.
The property features a single family house in the front and a storage warehouse in the back.
Hamilton Avenue Estates LLC is registered to Theodore Ricciardella, Joanne Ricciardella and Teodoro Joseph Ricciardella at 590 Commerce St in Thornwood, NY.
Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition.
Objections to the demolition should be filed in writing with the
DPW Division of Building Inspection at Greenwich Town Hall.
