What’s next for the wrecking ball in in Greenwich? Built in 1937, 78 Summit Road a one-story Cape, with 4 bedrooms and a  wood frame is coming down. The house last sold on June 26 for $1,689,000. It is a short walk from Riverside School and Riverside Train station.
