On Sept 10, a woman appeared at Greenwich Police Dept to report a physical fight with a man. Officers spoke with the woman who said she had become involved in a verbal disagreement with the man, which culminated with him pushing her and striking her in the face while she was holding her infant child.
The man, Mihail Nikolov, 39, of 150 Prospect Street in Greenwich, was charged with Risk of Injury to a Child, Breach of Peace 2, and Assault 3.
His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 11, 2017.
