Greenwich Police conducting a drive through at Armstrong Court on Aug 28 just before 5:00pm noticed three men standing behind a trailer in the parking lot.
One of the men was known to police as being prohibited from the property.
Police arrested Marquise A Burick, 20, and charged him with Criminal Trespass 1st degree.
He has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 11, 2017. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
Back in February Mr. Burick was one of three men arrested in an incident involving a theft of a snowblower at Armstrong Court. that took place in January. Burick was charged with Conspiracy to Commit/Larceny 3 and Larceny 3. He unable to post his court set bond of $20,000. He has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 24, 2017.
