Notice has been posted that the owner of 25 West say, 25 West Way LLC, which is registered to Ingrid Delson has filed an application with the DPW-Division of Buildings for approval to demolish the single family home on the property.
The house, located in private association Lucas Point, has direct waterfront in Greenwich Cove, a heated pool and a private dock.
The house was built in 1939, which falls within Greenwich’s established time frame for objections (any house built before 1940). An objection will increase the wait period for demolition from 45 days to 90 days.
The house last sold in 2007 for $6,750,000.
