Jesse Lozano, 25, of 7010 3rd Avenue in Brooklyn was arrested on July 20 for an incident that occurred on King Street/State Line in Greenwich back on March 27, 2017 at 8:00 am.
Mr. Lozano turned himself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on an active warrant.
He was arrested and charged with Injury or Risk of Injury to/or Impairing Morals of Children.
He was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 28, 2017.
