Luis F Borja, 20, of 246 Seymour Rd in Port Chester was arrested by Greenwich Police on July 16 and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3 after units were dispatched to North Water Street in Byram around 4:30am.
On scene investigation revealed Mr. Borja abused the victim and hit the victim in the face.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on July 24, 2017.
