The 2017 Greenwich Sidewalk Sale Days are Thursday, July 13, Friday, July 14, Saturday, July 15 from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday, July 16 from 11:00am to 5:00pm.
This popular annual event, featuring over 120 retail stores, attracts hundreds of shoppers to Greenwich Avenue and the nearby streets in downtown Greenwich.
Some of the bargains include deals at Hobbs, 243 Greenwich Avenue:
– Accessories from $25
– Shoes from $75
– Bags from $50
In addition to this, sale items in store are marked down up to 50% off, and during the sidewalk sale the store is offering an additional 30% off these marked down items!
One caveat is to make sure you find a legal parking spot, lest your savings go to paying a parking ticket.
Shoppers head to downtown Greenwich to find savings and values on clothing, jewelry, accessories, gifts and more from participating retailers, restaurants and businesses.
“We hope everyone will come to downtown Greenwich during these four special days and support local business,” said Marcia O’Kane, President & CEO of Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to the many participating retail stores, this year’s Greenwich Sidewalk Sale Days will feature live music throughout the weekend on the front lawn of the Board of Education, 290 Greenwich Avenue.
The JD Southard Band will entertain Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Quarter Moon Band will entertain Saturday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Barbara’s Serenade will entertain Sunday from noon to 3:00 p.m.
