Police were dispatched to an address in the northern part of Greenwich on July 8 following an incident just shy of midnight.
Melissa Doumitt Levin, 41, of 11 Londonderry Drive was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Police say two parties were having a verbal argument that escalated to the point where the arrestee kicked the other subject in the chest. No one was injured.
Levin was assigned a court date on July 10, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court.
